5 to 10 grains of "Bullseye Smokeless Powder" or equivalent in Most Break Barrel Launchers 

The safest Launchers for these high pressure casings are:

Break Barrel Law Enforcement Type Launchers

 Example: TAC-79 and Tac- M79

or

 IWA ML37 Smooth Bore Side Loading Launcher

(Experimental Loads Go as High as 20 grains)
